1 Bookings are confirmed only when the booking fee payments are received with cleared funds, or by prior arrangement.

2 A minimum non-refundable booking fee of £100 or 50% of invoice is required to secure the booking. Outstanding balances must be paid no later than one calendar month prior to the service. Corporate hire balances will be paid on the day before the commencement of the service, or by prior arrangement with the company.

3 Payment for short notice bookings made within 30 days of the service are due at the time of booking.

4 Cancellations should be made in writing to the company. Refunds are limited to 90% of the full invoiced amount over and above the non-refundable booking fee up to a calander month before date of travel. No refund will be made if cancellation made within a calander month of travel. There is no penalty for a rescheduled booking. Any cancellations on the day of travel will be charged in full, or by prior arrangement with the company.

5 Whilst the company will make every effort to arrive punctually at your address and the destination, we cannot be responsible for late arrival, breakdown, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. The company will not be responsible for any financial impact that a delay might cause through missed connections, cancelled functions or engagements. The company advises that you are covered with adequate travel insurance. The company will endeavour to supply an alternative vehicle with a similar specification for your journey. If we are unable to supply a similar vehicle we will offer a part refund.

6 We operate a no food, drink, and a non smoking policy in our vehicles unless prior consent has been given by the company.

7 Our chauffeurs will choose the route based on knowledge and experience, and by use of satellite navigation. We will only accept a route requested by the principal hirer should this not result in extra mileage or journey time being increased, or a charge will be made.

8 Any alterations made to the booking on the day of the service or a request for additional time may incur an extra charge. It may not be honoured if that conflicts with another booking.

9 The principal hirer will be responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the service, and we reserve the right to make a charge for any losses or damaged sustained to any part of the vehicle should any passenger or a third party be incited to cause damage to the vehicle. A minimum charge of £100 will be applied to cover costs should fouling be caused by any passenger through food, drink or illness.

10 Violence, foul language, intimidation, and antagonism or any form of any-social behaviour towards the chauffeurs of this company will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the service and police called. Acts of vandalism or malicious damage caused to the vehicle will face prosecution.

11 After a service, our chauffeurs will check the vehicle for passenger’s belongings left in the vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for any item broken during the journey or left in the vehicle after the service. It is up to the hirer to ensure they have all their belongings at the end of the service.

12 The company offers a policy of total discretion for all clients. Our chauffeurs will not discuss who travelled, when, or with whom unless authorised by the hirer to do so. It is policy for wedding hire that we may take photographs of some weddings and publish them in company literature, or on our website. If you do not wish to have your images used by us, make us aware of this in writing when paying your deposit/balance of the service.

13 Arriving flights have 60 minutes free chauffeur waiting time after the scheduled landing, after which a waiting fee will be charged at £40 hour. If clients fail to advise of a change of flight or have given wrong timings or date, the charge is payable in full. There is no charge for rearranged flights if advised beforehand by the previous day.

14 Pricing: We are VAT registered, and VAT at the current rate will be added to prices quoted. London Congestion Charges when applicable, car parking fees, road toll fees, hotel/overnight expenses are all additional charges.

15 We reserve the right to add or amend our terms and conditions at any time.
